Arielle graduated from Brown Aveda Institute in 2010. She's devoted to being the most effective designer for every client. Her services range from cutting and coloring, waxing to makeup along with full manicure and pedicure services. She specializes in coloring and cutting. Her ability to create beautiful up-do's is with perfection. While she has made every effort to continue her education her talent is endless.
Policies & Procedures
Blue Water Salon and Spa is operated by pre-scheduled appointments. We do accept walk-ins at the subject to availability. We recently started to be able to view requested appointments with our online booking system. The online booking is a first come first serve basis system. The best way to book an appointment is to give us a call or stop in. Those who need weekend appointments and late appointments, we strongly encourage you to book a least a week in advance.
New Client Consultations:
Consultations are complimentary are free and are designed to improve our overall service and your salon experience.
The consultation is a 5-10 min conversation with a staff member to determine your hair care needs, desired results, length of time for service and pricing. It is also a time for you to review photos of the various styling possibilities.
At the Blue Water Salon, we want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to expedite your service, we ask that our clients arrive on time. We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.
However, if we are running behind schedule, we will call you in order to prevent you from having to wait.
The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled time. If you call to inform us that you are running late, we will offer a 15-minute grace period. However, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment.
No Show Policy:
Please do not schedule appointments you cannot keep. You must notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 24 - 48 hour notice is appreciated. Our Late Cancellation/No Show Policy is as follows: If you cancel in less than 12 hours or your appointment, the cancellation fee is 50% of your scheduled service. If you cancel in less than 6 hours of your appointment, the cancellation fee is 75% of your services. If you No Show the fee is 100% of your scheduled service. We do realize that circumstances arise beyond our control and can intrude on previously made plans. For that reason, it is the Blue Water Salons policy to give each guest a "second chance" the first time an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice. However, the second time a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice or is a "No Call No Show"; we must charge the Late Cancellation Fee for the missed appointment. The salon will not reschedule your appointment until the fee is paid.
Clients that are on time are priority. We are sorry, but if you are late you must wait. This includes clients that arrive before or after you. If you think you may be running late, please call and confirm that your appointment time is still available.
Friends and Family:
We know that you love to have company sometimes at the hair salon; however with space being limited, we asked that you do not bring extra love ones that are not being serviced. With the limited seating we like to keep space for those having service rendered.
Any professional retail product that you purchase at the Blue Water Salon is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a salon credit or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. There are no cash refunds after purchases.
We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 7 days of the original service. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
April Carr- Master Stylist
April graduated from Grace Collage of Cosmetology in 2005. She loves to stay educated with the trends of hair color and fun haircuts. She also loves to do pedicures and manicures. April strives to understand each guest’s concern in order to give them the best experience at the Blue Water Salon!

As a young girl Mary would spend countless hours in the salon at the corner of her street. As an adult, Mary has been fortunate enough to practice her craft that she truly loves. With 32 years of experience, she would be delighted to help you experience your fullest beauty potential. Mary is a full service technician.
With a desire for continuing education, she enjoys all facets of the industry. She specializes in total makeovers starting with cut, color, and full makeup application.

Carole Lash - Owner/Master Stylist
As of January 1st, 2013, Carole is proud to say she is the owner of the Blue Water Salon.
Carole is a modern and trendy stylist who is very passionate and enthusiastic about her work. She excels in all areas of hair styling, cutting, and up-do's. Carole specializes in high-lift blondes and multidimensional color. Carole also does natural nail manicures and pedicures including shellac. She is a great communicator and makes sure all her clients get exactly what they want.
Carole's interests include horseback riding, culinary arts, and Cleveland's main attractions.
